Dennis Owca created squirrels.org in July of 1995. Watching the antics of squirrels in the
backyard of his Minnesota home and the need for a hobby is what originally prompted this
creation. Dennis has thoroughly researched every fact and bit of information regarding squirrels
and their families and his wife Jeanette provides all the artwork.

In order to help defray the cost of bringing this informative website to the public Jeanette Owca
created a store. The creatures of the forest plush animals and finger puppets, are only one of
the products that will be featured at the store. Jeanette's interest in finding quality fragrances to fill
her home with delectable aromas prompted her to create all natural hand poured soy candles that will
also be featured at the store. These highly fragranced and richly hued candles will be presented in
quality containers and at a fair market value for all to enjoy.
