Shipping Policy

Granny Gray ships nationwide to the United States via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. Because our candles are a custom-made product that are made to order, most orders are shipped within 5 business days with the average usually being 4 business days. Plush animals, candle warmers, and other accessories will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Although we strive to ship our orders as quickly as we can to better serve our customers, this is subject to change without notice. Christmas season is our peak season, so ship times may be longer during these busy months. No orders ship without payment verification and receipt. Granny Gray is not responsible for delays resulting from our carrier’s service once your order has been transferred to their care. The risk of loss and title to items purchased from Granny Gray pass to the purchaser upon delivery of said product to our shipping courier. If your order is not received within the time frame above, please contact us and we will provide tracking information for your order through the carrier online.

For international orders Granny Gray will only ship to US APO & FPO, Canada, and Mexico.
